A LITTLE ABOUT ME...
Hi there, I’m Jenna! With 15 years in the beauty industry, my journey began assisting @josettepdx at one of Portland’s top salons, Auric Salon, where I stayed on as a stylist post-apprenticeship. Craving the Central Oregon sunshine, I decided to return to my hometown and take the plunge into salon ownership and open my own cute little salon downtown Redmond. After a decade of ownership, I hit pause to soak in precious moments with my little ones at home. While cozy days at home were sweet, I truly missed the lively atmosphere and creative energy the salon has to offer.
As an education fanatic, I consider myself a well rounded stylist but my specialties include multidimensional color, long-lasting and vibrant vivid and luxury hand tied extensions- HEM certified since 2020!
Putting a heavy emphasis on CLEAN beauty, you can expect to leave my chair equipped with not only the knowledge, tools and confidence for salon-perfect hair at home but also a commitment to the purity of your beauty experience. I offer styling lessons to each client during their appointment to help them achieve their perfect hair at home!
When not in the salon, you can find me outdoors usually by the water in the summer or on a snowmobile in the winter, it’s not rare to find me chasing adrenaline somewhere! I am so excited to have the opportunity to work with the talented team at Slate Hair & Design!
